The Perfume has been on the market since 1995… Will 13 (years) be an unlucky number for Cerruti 1881?
Nina Cerruti, the designer whom trained Armani lost his Cerruti empire in 2005 as the company was pawned and almost went into bankrupcy. However, his brand still sells, with Cerruti 1881 as one of his top selling fragrances.
After researching this product I found that many people either love the florally scent of Cerruti 1881, or truly hate the strong, distinctive stench! I have been given this perfume several times as a gift and personally I like the fragrance (especially for daytime usage). It is quite unique, floral yet woody and with a couple of sprays it lasts all day.
