In my school, from the age of 13, all the popular girls had a bottle of Tommy Girl in their school bag. I always wanted a bottle, and when finally I did get one, I realised that the perfume definitely wasn’t for me! It reminds me of, dare I say it, Cat’s urine! The smell is overpowering (more than two sprays and it gets stuck down the back of your throat), and although it lasts for a long time its not a perfume to wear on your neck when you’re expecting a hot date. Negativity aside, the perfume has been around since 1996 and is still a popular brand especially amongst teens. After an hour or so of wearing it, when the scent begins to fade a little, it does smell fresh and quite sweet.
Notes: blackcurrant bud, apple, tangerine, mandarin, spearmint, heather, honeysuckle, violet, rose, magnolia, jasmine, lily, sandalwood and cedarwood.
